I have been in the real estate business since 1989, serving primarily Delaware and Chester Counties (PA) and New Castle and Sussex County (DE) and was the Broker/Owner of Extreme Real Estate (home office Boothwyn/Garnet Valley, PA and main office in Newark, DE). I am currently (and have consistently been for over 25 years) a multi-million dollar producer. Since my inception with Keller Williams Real Estate, I am in the Top 10 of over 200 agents in my office, hold the highest rank of "Platinum Club" and have had the "Top Producing Team" and "Most Listings Team". | Personal Background |
| I grew up in Springfield, Delaware County, and attended Springfield High School where I ran track and cheered. I graduated from SHS in 1981. I then attended Villanova University (graduated in 1986) while working at Sun Oil in Radnor, PA. I married my husband, Bernie Lynch (from Upper Chichester), moved to Aston, PA, worked for Sun Oil for another 7 years, then left Sun to go into the Real Estate Profession. I have 3 children (Bernie, Brooke and Bryn) and currently reside in Garnet Valley, PA. My family is the center of my world, and we enjoy spending time together and have a great love for boating and vacationing on the Maryland shore. When I'm not with my family or working, my favorite hobby is working out. |
